THE CODE
WHAT IT MEANS TO WEAR HELL
HELL is a family.
But we are also a competitive alliance.
We fight.
We participate.
We make our points.
We stand beside our people.
Wearing the HELL name means being part of something bigger than one player.
We expect loyalty to the alliance, respect for the people beside you, communication with leadership, and effort when HELL goes to battle.
Real life will always come first. We understand that.
But when you’re here…
SHOW UP. FIGHT HARD. STAND WITH HELL.
This is our standard.
This is THE CODE.
WE FIGHT
HELL is a competitive alliance.
We don’t wear the HELL name just to stand on the sidelines.
When there is a battle, we fight.
When AD begins, we participate and make points.
When KVK comes, we stand with HELL and Server 247.
Every member has different strength, different Might, and different limits. We don’t expect everyone to be the strongest player on the battlefield.
But we do expect effort.
Your contribution matters.
Your participation matters.
Showing up for the people beside you matters.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE THE STRONGEST IN HELL.
YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO FIGHT FOR IT.
LOYALTY MATTERS
HELL is competitive.
But above everything else, we are a team and a family.
We support each other and respect the time, effort and commitment our members give to HELL.
That’s why HELL is not a revolving door.
Members should not leave for convenience, personal disagreements, event advantages, rewards, or simply move between alliances whenever it benefits them.
Repeatedly leaving and returning damages trust, hurts morale and weakens the family we’re building.
MEMBERSHIP IN HELL IS A PRIVILEGE.
LEAVING MAY AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO RETURN.
APPROVED DEPARTURES
Sometimes there is a legitimate reason to leave temporarily. A member can return when the departure has been discussed and approved by leadership, including:
• Temporary moves for an alliance or server objective approved by R4/R5.
• Planned absences or real-life situations discussed with leadership.
• Approved movement between HELL and H3LL.
• Exceptional circumstances approved by the R5 or designated leadership.
UNANNOUNCED DEPARTURES
HELL does not operate as an alliance that members can leave and rejoin whenever they choose.
If you leave without communicating with leadership first, your return is not guaranteed.
If you later request to return, leadership may consider
FAMILY COMES FIRST
HELL expects its members to fight.
But HELL also stands behind its members.
We know there is a real person behind every account.
Real life happens. People get busy. People need breaks. Sometimes people disagree.
That’s why communication matters.
If something is wrong, talk to us.
If you need help, ask for it.
If you need time, tell us.
You are not expected to handle everything alone.
Because when you wear HELL…
You’re not just another name on the roster.
YOU’RE ONE OF US.
WE FIGHT TOGETHER.
WE LAUGH TOGETHER.
WE LOOK AFTER OUR OWN.
WEAR THE NAME WITH PRIDE
HELL is more than four letters beside your name.
It represents the people standing beside you.
It represents the battles we’ve fought, the trust we’ve built, and the family we’ve become.
So if you wear HELL, wear it with pride.
Show up when you can.
Make your points.
Fight when HELL fights.
Respect your teammates.
Communicate with your leaders.
Stand beside your family.
You don’t have to be the strongest.
You don’t have to win every battle.
But you should always remember what you’re fighting for.
LOYALTY.
EFFORT.
RESPECT.
UNITY.
These aren’t just rules.
THIS IS OUR CODE.
THIS IS OUR FAMILY.
THIS IS HELL.
